November 10: Scott Price, Founder & CEO, Fort Construction

Our guest for the November 10th edition of PlayMakers Talk Show: Scott Price, Founder & CEO, Fort Construction

Scott Price, Founder & CEO, Fort Construction

Scott Price is a Fort Worth transplant from New York, who moved to the area with his wife and two sons for a job that didn’t pan out. He had always wanted to run his own small company, and after 8 months of gaining capital, Scott founded Fort Construction in October 2005. The first few years were slow, but the company gained momentum and began to grow.

Scott has had involvement in the construction industry for over 25 years. He learned the nuts and bolts of construction earlier in his career when he started as an assistant project manager on a large hotel project in Washington, D.C. From there, he went on to manage over $100 million in construction projects.

Fort Construction is a full-service commercial construction firm based in Fort Worth offering Construction Management, General Contracting, Design/Build and LEED Certification to meet the client’s every need.

Fort’s team prides themselves on the diversity of projects in their portfolio – car dealerships, churches, wedding venues, apartment buildings, medical offices, offices, warehouses, and more – all ranging from interior finish outs and renovations to ground-up new construction.
