Caleb Duncan is a Principal and President of L. A. Fuess Partners. Founded in 1979 by Lawrence A. Fuess, L. A. Fuess Partners has grown to become North Texas’ largest engineering firm dedicated to the structural design of buildings. Headquartered in Dallas and with additional offices in Boston, Massachusetts and Austin, Texas, L.A. Fuess Partners designs new buildings and renovations throughout the United States.

Caleb joined the firm in 1998 after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin where he earned degrees in both Architectural Engineering and Architecture. He quickly demonstrated the value of his dual degrees through his mastery of the architectural and structural design process and through his knack for anticipating coordination issues that arise between the architecture and engineering disciplines, keeping design solutions in harmony.

Caleb became involved in recruiting and business development early in his career, contributing to the growth of the firm and business and became a Principal in 2010 while managing a team of engineers in complex projects such as the State Farm Regional Hub at CityLine, Toyota North America Headquarters and Watermark Community Church. Caleb assumed the role of President in late 2019.
