Christopher Crow, M.D., CEO of StratiFi Health and President of Catalyst Health Network created StratiFi Health and Launched Catalyst Health Network after founding Village Health Partners and Legacy Medical Village in Plano. He has spent the last 20+ years helping communities improve the delivery of healthcare.
Catalyst Health Network is a clinically integrated network providing high-quality, cost effective care.
