Noah Lazes is the co-founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of North Carolina-based ARK Group and its family of companies. Developed by the ARK Group, Toyota Music Factory is a $200 million, 500,000+ square foot mixed-use lifestyle center located in the heart of the Las Colinas Urban Center in Irving, Texas.
