Rick Sapio is a life-long entrepreneur who started his first company, a bicycle repair business, when he was 13 years old, after the untimely death of his father. Since then, he has founded more than 20 companies.

Since 1994, Rick has been the founder and CEO of Mutual Capital Alliance (MCA), Inc. MCA is a holding company which had made a wide array of investments into medical devices, distressed debt, turnarounds, real estate, and private equity. The firm currently has more than 40 holdings.

Rick also owns Business Finishing School, LLC that is a simple on-line platform teaching his twelve foundational principles of business.

Since 2003, Rick has been a co-founder, a general partner, and an Advisory Board Member of Mutual Capital Partners, a private-equity/venture investment firm based in Cleveland, Ohio, which currently has three funds.

Dallas Cothrum serves as the CEO of Masterplan, a zoning and land use consulting firm, and LaBarba Permit Service, an alcohol licensing service.

Established in 1981, Masterplan provides political consultation and representation for all types of public strategies. Masterplan provides professional consultation to businesses, individuals, utilities and government agencies in all matters relating to land use, including zoning, subdivisions, building permits and other development approvals.

The firm’s practice is divided into three sections: zoning and land use, building code and permitting, and entitlement and lobbying. The largest portion of work remains zoning and board of adjustment work.
