Kate Hale has over 40 years of experience in the commercial construction and financial industries.  Early in her career, Kate managed multi-million commercial banking portfolios for several large private sector businesses. 

After a successful career in banking, she joined Southwest Vault Builders in 1993, spending over 24 years in numerous positions including Vice President. Under her stewardship, the company achieved record sales and revenue in 2016-17.

Following the closure of Southwest Vault Builders in 2017, Kate’s entrepreneur spirit led to the start of Structured Building Solutions in Carrollton, Texas. She developed Structured Building Solutions from the ground up, establishing it as the premiere distributor of commercial construction materials.

Since 1997, Christa Haberstock Colson has blurred the line between Talent and Agent by living large on both sides of it at the same time.

On the Agent side of the line, for over two decades, Christa has dedicated herself to the management, consultation and representation of the busiest professional keynote speakers and the finest corporate entertainment anywhere, booking millions of dollars annually in talent into corporate and association events.

She has also done time as a Stand-up Comedian, voted a Top 4 finalist and Wild Card Pick in Edmonton’s 2007 Last Comic Standing. Later that year she was invited to open for Caroline Rhea and Kevin Nealon.
