Upon joining RLG in 1996 as the Manager of the Civil Engineering and Surveying Departments, Stuart Markussen gained a wealth of valuable knowledge for working on “fast-track” design/build projects.

For more than 35 years Stuart has fostered teams to approach project
designs by incorporating clear communication with the project owner and
contractor in order to create constructible designs. After only two years with
RLG, Stuart joined the firm’s ownership group as a Principal/Shareholder.
Stuart now serves as RLG’s Chief Executive Officer.

Michele Wheeler serves as President and Chief Operating Officer for Jackson-Shaw. She has been involved in commercial real estate for three decades, beginning her career in 1987 with Rosewood Property Company and joining Jackson-Shaw in January 2005.

Jackson-Shaw is a national real estate development company headquartered in North Texas with 46 years of experience developing diversified real estate properties. The company has developed more than 60 million square feet since its founding which includes hospitality, industrial and residential development. Jackson-Shaw currently develops projects in Fort Worth, Dallas, Houston, Denver, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Jacksonville and Washington, DC.

Michele is responsible for all of the firm’s product types including urban industrial, hospitality, restaurant/retail, residential, office, land, build-to-suit, mixed-use, in multiple markets across the United States.
