Sarah Hinkley Kennington has 17 years of experience in office brokerage in the DFW region. In late 2017, she launched Thirty-Four Commercial.

Their brokers attract new tenants as well as execute renewals, relocations, pre-leasing, terminations and subleases.

In January 2017, Lynn Moore was named president of Tyler with CEO responsibilities added in May 2018.
