Beth Bowman is President & CEO of the Irving-Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce, a 5-star accredited chamber and President of the Irving Economic Development Partnership, an alliance that works to retain and recruit local, national and international corporations to the city.

Beth leads the Chamber’s 2,000 member-investor business organization representing nearly 220,000 employees and also leads the Economic Development Partnership. Since 2016, her work has resulted in relocation and retention/expansion “wins” totaling more than $2.3 billion in capital investment for the business community.

As a result of these efforts, Irving-Las Colinas has become known as the “Headquarter of Headquarters” in Texas with eight Fortune 500 and five Fortune 1000 companies the have their global corporate headquarters in the city.
