With more than 30 years in the multifamily industry, Kin Oldham leads the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas as its Executive Director. As the leader of AAGD for over 12 years, he brings extensive expertise in trade association management, operations, real estate transactions, budgeting and property management.

Before being named Executive Director, Kin served in a volunteer capacity as a board member for AAGD, including serving as the board president in 2011. Earlier in his career, Kin held leadership roles at several prominent real estate firms, including getting his start in commercial real estate at Trammell Crow. He later worked with Starwood Capital Partners, Greystar and as president of Pinnacle’s central region before joining AAGD.

His leadership and advocacy have been instrumental in supporting the rights and interests of multifamily property owners and operators, including efforts to defeat costly and harmful legislative measures at the state and local levels.

Our guest for the October 31st edition of PlayMakers Talk Show: Warren Tranquada, President & CEO, AT&T Performing Arts Center

From his roots in Toronto to nearly two decades at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, Warren Tranquada brings a wealth of nonprofit leadership experience to Dallas’s thriving Arts District.

Warren is the president and CEO of the AT&T Performing Arts Center in the heart of the Dallas Arts District joining the Center in July 2022.

Since arriving in Dallas, Warren has focused on rebuilding audiences post-COVID, supporting partners and resident companies, activating the Center’s campus with more performances and activities, especially before and after shows, and ensuring the Center remains on a sustainable financial footing. He views the Center as a critical and collaborative cultural institution for the city, one that provides impactful cultural experiences both in the Dallas Arts District, and across the community.

He joined the Center from the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) in Newark where he served as Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer.
