Kyle Gordon is the owner and creator of Dillas Quesadillas. He designed the brand while he was at The University of Texas at Austin on a one-page business plan. After graduation, Kyle attempted to gain funding for the quesadilla-focus restaurant and was turned down.
Determined to succeed, he spent the following 7 years gaining industry experience as a certified training managing partner (1 of only 3 out of 100 units at the time) at Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers. Kyle gathered enough funding to launch Dillas Quesadillas in 2013.
Since its inception, Kyle has scaled the business from 1 unit with $725,000 in revenue to 4 units with $5 million in revenue (500% growth)! Due to his leadership and passion, Dillas continues to experience success. The brand has 2 new locations opening in the next 6 months.
