TBX’s revenue has skyrocketed 936 percent in the past three years, success the company’s employees attribute to the vision of CEO Joe Fernandez.
TBX ® provides innovative technology services and solutions in the employee benefits administration, communication, education, and enrollment landscape. Though just 6 years old, TBX found its way onto Inc. 500’s 2017 list of the country’s fastest-growing, privately-held companies. According to Inc., the company logged $2.6 million in revenue and employed 23 workers in 2016. It was also honored by the publication as the No. 11 human resources business in the country and No. 21 among top Dallas companies.
And as he grows his business, Fernandez is hiring, mentoring and growing minority employees. Today, 50 percent of TBX’s staff and 80 percent of its executives are minorities.
