Scott Flannery serves as CEO of UnitedHealthcare’s Employer & Individual operations in North Texas and Oklahoma.

Scott served as health plan CEO in 2011-13 and returned to the role in April 2017 after spending more than three years as UnitedHealthcare’s central region growth officer and the sales national practice lead for UMR where he and his team worked with local markets to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth.
