Kyle Rhodes stumbled into the healthcare staffing space as a naïve college graduate. After a year of taking punches and getting back up, Kyle was able to build his book of business to thresholds the organization hadn’t yet seen.
After selling for five years, his company was sold to a publicly traded firm. Kyle then took the leap and started Focus Staff. Though he began his business during the great recession, Kyle was able to get the company off the ground and flying.
