Falcon Steel Company has been designing and fabricating quality steel structures for over 50 years including steel lattice towers, electrical substations and highway structures.
Prior to joining Falcon Steel Company, Jim served as CEO, President and Director of Edge Adhesives, directing a turnaround to its highest profitability in 31 years. Jim also served as CEO, President and Director of Thomas Group, Inc. During his three years as CEO of the company, the Thomas Group:
Doubled revenue resulting in 350% growth in profits – Generated 70% return on assets – Generated 510% return on stockholder’s equity
Jim also served as Founder/President of Elcon Industries, a holding company that grew to $175 million in 7 years in the automotive/truck and utility industry market. He developed a patent on the electronic pickup bed cover for trucks, which was later licensed to Chrysler Corp.

Tara Green, President, Klyde Warren Park
As president of Klyde Warren Park, Tara Green is responsible for the strategic direction and fiduciary performance of the park, as well as overseeing the staff that manages daily operations and free activities offered throughout the year. Tara, who has worked in downtown Dallas for more than 20 years, joined the team in 2013.
The 5.2-acre deck park opened in October of 2012 over Woodall Rodgers Freeway and is the city’s premier urban green space connecting two thriving neighborhoods – the Arts District Downtown & Uptown. The Park is owned by the city of Dallas and privately managed by the Woodall Rodgers Park Foundation.
Tara brings years of experience in the sports industry, venue management and large-scale projects. Before joining Klyde Warren Park, Tara was a key player in transforming the Dallas sports industry over the past decade. In 2011, she was chief revenue officer at the American Airlines Center, where she worked with the team owners and staff to design and implement a successful organizational structure for sponsorship and premium seating. In 2008, she served as the vice president and chief operating officer of the North Texas Super Bowl XLV Host Committee.
