Nancy Schachtner has over 17 years experience in the retail private-label packaging industry. In 1997, she founded The Jupiter Group Ltd. in Hong Kong, a company focused on the Asia manufacturing community and their retail packaging development.
Now as Managing Director of JPG North America, her team gets product, packaged and onto the shelves of some of the world’s largest retailers. She has turned her own start-up into a multinational business, which provides smart and efficient creative service offerings.

Randy Haran, CEO, Texas Air Composites
Randy Haran is President and Chief Executive Officer of Texas Air Composites (TAC); one of the nation’s leading FAA authorized repair centers for composite structures. Haran co-founded TAC in 2000 along with his brother Michael.
TAC’s capabilities include the repair or overhaul of composite, metallic, and welded aircraft parts for Regional (Turboprop & Jet) and Commercial (Jet) Aircraft worldwide. TAC works with the United States Military and aircraft operators around the world.
