Ed Dawson is Chairman and President of Capital Alliance Corporation, a Dallas-based private investment-banking firm that has closed over 200 transactions involving the sale of a company.
His extensive merger and acquisition experience spans 38 years, with 34 years as president of Capital Alliance. He teaches Power Negotiations and Deals at the SMU Cox Graduate School of Business and has received 50 Teaching Excellence awards.
Ed spent nine years with Texas Instruments in finance, engineering, business planning, line marketing and general management. He is also a licensed securities broker/dealer and a licensed real estate broker.

Dawn Enoch Moore, CEO & Founder, Allegiance Title Company
Dawn Enoch Moore has been a leader in Dallas’ legal and business community for over 30 years and is founder and CEO of Allegiance Title Company, one of the largest and fastest growing independent real estate title agencies in Texas.
Dawn has served the real estate and title industry including being one of six lawyers appointed by the State Bar of Texas to the Texas Real Estate Commissions’ Broker/Lawyer Committee. This committee is responsible for writing the residential purchase/sale contracts used by real estate licensees statewide, which she served for twelve years.
She has also served on the Board of Directors of the Texas Land Title Association as Agent Section Chair. Currently, Dawn serves as President-elect for the Texas Land Title Association for 2013-2014. And she has served on the Board of the MetroTex and Collin County Association of Realtors.
