Caroline Frith has an impressive 20-year background in Commercial Real Estate, investment banking and data analytics technology. As Chief Strategy Officer for cove, Caroline will help to shape the next era of the commercial real estate industry through its innovative Proptech solutions, a technology solution that integrates the tenant experience and building operating systems for commercial real estate

Since opening the doors of their first neighborhood co-working space in 2013, cove’s vision has always been to create great spaces, provide great service, and use technology to make everything easier.
Caroline previously served as the Global Program Manager for London-based HSBC, a financial services organization covering 63 countries and territories, held management positions with Thomson Reuters, where Caroline was a key member of the technology team building Reuters flagship market data and research product and at IBM, where she led multiple high-visibility, high-risk projects for IBM’s largest Australian client.
