As the founder of ONC National, CEO Jackie Clayborn believes an organization’s success lies in its ability to inspire, influence, and invest in its team. This fundamental belief led her from being a businesswoman to becoming a business owner and business mentor/coach.
Following an award-winning sales career in the automotive industry, Jackie took her experience in sales and in her family’s network cabling company to build a sustainable business dedicated to serving its team members and clients and the greater community in a responsible manner. She founded ONC National, a network cabling company that thrives on innovation and integrity.
Graduating from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, Jackie is committed to strategically growing her business and creating jobs and economic opportunity in the community. She is committed to leveraging her education and experience to level the playing field for women entrepreneurs and to develop the next generation of women business leaders. Jackie currently serve on the board of the Association of Women in Construction (APWC).
