Patti and Nancy Labarba’s LaBarba Permit Service helps clients obtain a TABC liquor license including Beer + Wine Permits, Brewpub Licenses, Mixed Beverage Permits and TABC renewals.
Their parents, Joe and Billye LaBarba began the business in 1965, and has served many of the most successful and prominent alcohol sellers in the state, with clients such as Andrews Distributing, Gloria’s, Lombardi’s Restaurants, Minyard Food Stores, Javier’s, and Katy Trail Ice House.
Joe and Billye’s two daughters, Nancy and Patti, have been involved in alcohol permitting for decades. They grew up learning the business and took over full-time in the late 1980s following their parents’ retirement.
