The CONTI Organization is a multifamily real estate investment company and asset management company founded in 2008, which specializes in value-added multifamily investment in Dallas-Fort Worth. Comprised of a solid team with over 100 years of professional experience, CONTI specializes in acquiring multifamily properties in targeted cities throughout Texas then improving those properties to maximize their value and cash flow potential.
CONTI currently owns 21 multifamily communities in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This includes approximately 6,000 units under management and over 4.75 million square feet of rentable space. Since they were founded in 2008, CONTI has acquired a total of 30 properties worth a total transaction volume approaching $750 million.
