Brett Muller, Principal & Founder, Guardian Services & L3 Commercial Real Estate Services
Brett Muller is the owner of Guardian Services and the founder of L3 Commercial Real Estate Services. Brett is an investor, developer and entrepreneurial mentor.
Founded in 1945, Guardian Services has been providing professional kitchen exhaust cleaning services to thousands of hotels, restaurants, clubs, schools, hospitals and franchises. In the 1970’s, Guardian began providing residential and commercial customers with HVAC duct and system cleaning and restoration services.
Last year, Brett founded L3 Commercial Real Estate to actively assist client property owners with their development planning and execution. L3 seeks to acquire and develop light commercial multi-tenant properties in strategically located markets. L3 currently has it’s first property under construction in Grand Prairie and should be completed in early 2018.
