Dr. Carrie de Moor, CEO, Code 3 Emergency Partners
Dr. Carrie de Moor is the CEO of Code 3 Emergency Partners based out of Frisco, Texas. She graduated from SMU with a BA degree in Psychology, attended Texas Tech’s Health Sciences Center and completed her clinical training in El Paso. She trained in pediatrics as an intern at the UT Medical Branch in Galveston before entering her Emergency Medicine Residency at Texas Tech El Paso, Thomason Hospital.
Code 3 Emergency Partners is a management service organization specializing in management and development of freestanding emergency centers. Since starting Code 3 Emergency Partners in 2015 with six Emergency Physicians and one Freestanding Emergency Room, Dr. de Moor has grown the company, which owns and operates seven Freestanding Emergency Rooms and Urgent Care facilities, to 120 physicians and over 250 employees.
Dr. de Moor was elected as the Chair-Elect of the American College of Emergency Physician’s Freestanding Emergency Centers Section in October 2014 and has been the Chair of the Section since 2016.
