Gagan Sharman is President and CEO of BSI Financial Services, a leading provider of technology and outsourcing services to banks, private equity firms and hedge funds in the residential mortgage sector.

Gagan led an investment group to acquire the company from its former parent bank in 2006. He has transformed the company from a small lender into an innovative & growing service provider, growing BSI by over 7,000% since his acquisition.

Prior to BSI, Gagan founded a global outsourcing company serving the financial services and technology industries. He raised institutional equity financing and increased its labor force to more than 1,200 people before selling it.

With a BBA in Information and Operations Management from Texas A&M University, Shane Spillers brings over a decade of business management experience to his position as the Integrator at Spillers Works, a hospitality management company.

Before applying his skillset to the family business in 2010, Shane was a Manager in the IT Risk and Assurance group at Ernst and Young, focused on resolving complex, technical and/or specialized client issues. With his experience in leading client-serving engagement teams and business process improvement initiatives in his former BIG4 role, he now serves to bring together the three core elements for each of his hospitality clients, Sales/Marketing, Operations and Back-Office Support Services.

He directly oversees the Back-Office Support Services team at Spillers Works and manages the operational leadership teams at Eno’s Pizza Tavern and Brewed. In parallel, he is responsible for all aspects of property management for a number of privately-held real estate holdings.
