Alan Rubin is President and CEO of Lane and McClain Distributors, the North Texas distributor for the Taylor Company since 1946. He began his career in the restaurant business in 1972 as a dishwasher and continued through the ranks, which led him to the position of multi-unit supervisor.

Since 1926, the Taylor Company has been the worldwide leader in foodservice equipment innovation. Taylor manufactures the highest quality frozen treat machines and commercial grills in the industry.

Alan transitioned to restaurant equipment sales in 1990 and joined Lane and McClain Distributors as a partner in January of 1999. During his career with Lane and McClain, Alan has overseen the ice machine sales department, and led the National Account team as the division’s sales manager. In 2015, Alan successfully purchased the company and now proudly serves as President and CEO.
