David F. Bristol, CEO, Employee Solutions
David Bristol is a serial entrepreneur and retired combat veteran Air Force fighter pilot. He currently is CEO of Employee Solutions, one of the largest staffing firms in north Texas, which he started in 1997.
Today, Employee Solutions has revenue in excess of $75 million and employs up to 3,000 temporary employees and 79 full-time corporate employees with 13 offices in Texas and Oklahoma. He is also a co-founder of Sub Assembly Group and Provider Solutions.
Employee Solutions was named to the Inc. 5000 fastest growing list and the Dallas100 for two consecutive years in 2012 and 2013.

Douglas Ritter, President, USFI
Douglas Ritter is President of USFI, a marketing solutions company that creates desire for its client’s products and services.
Prior to USFI, Douglas was a partner at Ascend Marketing for four years and has extensive Telecom experience, with AT&T, Verizon and NextiraOne. Before his years in Telecom Douglas worked at a variety of top-ten advertising firms in New York.
