Jim Lewandowski, CEO, Firehost
As the CEO of FireHost, Jim Lewandowski oversees the growth and strategic direction of the company. With more than 25 years’ experience in the technology industry, he has a proven track record for building world class teams that produce exceptional revenue and profit growth through outstanding customer service. Before joining FireHost, Jim served as senior vice president and general manager at Rackspace, where he delivered 17 consecutive quarters of accelerating annual revenue growth following the company’s successful IPO in 2008. Prior to Rackspace, Jim was executive vice president of the Americas at McAfee, a global leader in security software, where he led field operations in North and South America from 2003 through 2007. Jim also served as vice president of business and enterprise sales at Yahoo! and vice president of sales at BMC Software and held a variety of sales and leadership positions at IBM.

Paige Robinson, CEO, Trellise
Paige Robinson is the founder & CEO of Trellise; a platform that helps employers quickly and painlessly finds the best students for their entry-level positions. Using matching technology, employers have the opportunity to share their job openings with students that are a fit. Students can opt in and learn more about the company right from their mobile phone. As a result, Trellise is able to deliver a curated, ranked list of top candidates to employers, without them ever leaving their home office and at a much lower cost than traditional recruiting methods.
Prior to starting Trellise, Paige worked at Alvarez & Marsal in Houston, where she helped her clients with a number of business problems such as helping to redesign the hiring strategy for a Fortune 500 company, serving in the Project Management Office (PMO) of a $40 million SAP implementation, and performing due diligence on an acquisition target for a prominent private equity company.
Paige attended Texas A&M University and graduated with honors from Mays Business School with a degree in Finance. In school, she helped launch Spoons Frozen Yogurt with an international entrepreneur. Within the first year of opening its doors, Spoons become one of the largest distributors of frozen yogurt in the state of Texas and now is franchised with stores across the country.
