Paul Driscoll is the chief executive officer for Hill & Wilkinson, a $350 million general contracting firm headquartered in Richardson. Hill & Wilkinson offers design build, construction management and general contracting services with a staff of more than 90 office and 130 construction and field support professionals.

During his 30-year career with the company, Paul has held a wide range of positions, from estimator to project engineer, senior project manager to vice president, and executive vice president to CEO. His perspective on what makes a best place to work has been shaped by his own progression to leadership.  Paul takes a lead-by-example approach to important company initiatives such as wellness and training and is often seen learning and working out alongside everyone else.

Marilea Lewis, Managing Shareholder and COO, Godwin Lewis

Former Judge Marilea Lewis, a fifth generation Texan, chairs the Family Law Litigation section and the Arbitration/Mediation section at Godwin Lewis PC, a well-known Texas trial and appellate law firm. In addition to those responsibilities, she is also the Managing Shareholder and Chief Executive Officer of the Firm.

A proud graduate of Baylor University and the Baylor University School of Law, she served on the bench of the 330th District Court in Dallas from 2002 to 2010. She first served as a judicial officer as the Master/Referee of the 305th District Court from 1986 until 1992, then as Associate Judge of the 330th District Court from 1992 to 2002. In 2002, she was elected as District Judge and served two terms in that position.

Judge Lewis is board certified in Family Law and is a member of the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists. She is also certified as a mediator in both general and family practice. Reflecting the long-term standard of excellence established in her legal practice, she has been selected for inclusion on the list of The Best Lawyers in America, Texas Super Lawyers and D Magazine’s Best Lawyers in Dallas in recognition of her work in the areas of Family Law and Mediation.

Catherine Monson, CEO, Fastsigns International

Catherine Monson is the CEO of FASTSIGNS International, the worldwide franchisor for more than 545 FASTSIGNS sign, graphic and visual communications centers that provide comprehensive solutions to help customers of all sizes meet their business objectives and increase their business visibility through the use of signs, visual graphics, printing, promotional products and related marketing services.

She was named CEO of FASTSIGNS® in December 2008, bringing with her a strong background in franchising and digital printing. In addition to her previous role as President of PIP Printing, she worked within Sir Speedy and MultiCopy Europe, serving in operations, franchise development, sales, training and marketing communications.

A graduate of Pepperdine University, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Monson currently serves on the board of the International Franchise Association (IFA) and on the National Educational Foundation Board of Trustees for Pi Sigma Epsilon, the national sales and marketing fraternity for college and university students.

Jon Wagner_HeadshotAs CEO of Two Trucks, LLC, Jon Wagner is responsible for the ongoing strategy, vision and day-to-day operations of the company.  With three food truck concepts on the streets of Dallas, Two Trucks has become a leader among the Dallas gourmet food truck scene.

Jon began his career in the finance/marketing departments of Johnsonville Sausage, the most popular brand of sausage across the nation. At Johnsonville he was part of the new product development team where he helped implement new products and worked in international finance.
