Mike Willoughby, CEO, PFSweb
Mike Willoughby serves as the Chief Executive Officer of PFSweb, Inc. Prior to his promotion to CEO, Mike served PFSweb as the company’s President and Chief Information Officer.
Mike has been instrumental in the acquisition, development, integration and support of PFSweb’s world-class technologies and he continues to have a key role in the architecture of the company’s solution and service offerings. Mike is leading the company’s effort to bring PFSweb’s iCommerce Solution to market as he also led the effort to conceptualize and bring to market PFSweb’s End2End eCommerce® Solution in 2008.
In his prior role as President, Mike worked to re-engineer the company’s business development area to leverage a highly team-oriented business development model to substantially improve the predictability, scalability and sustainability of the company’s sales and marketing efforts and he continues to be actively involved in the company’s business development efforts today.
In addition to his executive leadership experience at PFSweb, Mike founded and served as President and CEO of Design Technologies Inc., and he founded and served as President and CEO of Integration Services, Inc.
Stephen Prince, President & CEO, Optisense Network
Stephen Prince is President and Chief Executive Officer of OptiSense Network™, LLC, an emerging leader in Distribution Automation. Founded in 2001, OptiSense Network has developed the most accurate optical-based sensor solutions for medium voltage systems available today.
Holding a Masters in Taxation with a specialization in Risk Management, Stephen has more than 20 years of utility industry experience – including assignments as Chief Accounting Officer for Edison Enterprises, Vice President, Global Utility Leader for SAIC, Inc., and Vice President, Alliances & General Manager of the Manila Delivery Center for Oracle Utilities Global Business Unit.
HIs extensive international experience in Europe, Asia, and Latin America has made him a leading champion for global automation of the 150 year old electric distribution system – a system challenged by new reliability and efficiency standards, climate change, distributed generation and renewable energy integration, and carbon emission caps.
